By using "Clock Widget+" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

The developer of "Clock Widget+" reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

3. Use of the App

• You may use the App for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Use.
• You may not use the App to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or breaches these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by intellectual property rights owned by the developer. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission.

5. Data Storage and Sharing

"Clock Widget+" does not collect any user data.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations

Payments for Clock Widget+ Premium are managed through the respective app store platform from which you downloaded the App:

• Google Play Store: Purchases and subscriptions are charged to your Google Account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Subscription Center. Refund requests for Android purchases are subject to Google Play Refund Policies.
• Apple App Store: Purchases and subscriptions are charged to your iTunes/Apple Account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refund requests for iOS purchases are managed directly via Apple Support.

Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to Clock Widget+ Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account will revert to the standard free features.

10. Platform Standard Terms

Your use of Clock Widget+ is also subject to the terms and policies of the digital storefront from which you acquired the App:

• For iOS users: Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
• For Android users: Google Play Terms of Service.
