Clock Widget+ ("the App") is developed and published by Progressio Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices regarding the collection, storage, and protection of information when you use Clock Widget+ on mobile devices (iOS and Android).

Clock Widget+ is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or contact list). All features of the App—including customizable analog and digital clock widgets, theme selections, and layout configurations—operate entirely locally on your device.

3. Device Permissions & Local Storage

To deliver specific features, the App may request optional permissions on your device:

• Photo Library / Storage Access: Used solely to allow you to select personal images stored on your device as custom widget background pictures. Your photos are accessed locally and are never uploaded to any remote server or shared with third parties.
• Notifications & Alarm Access: Used locally on your device to ensure time updates and alarm alerts operate accurately.

4. Payments and In-App Purchases

If you purchase a subscription or lifetime license for Clock Widget+ Premium, the transaction is processed securely through standard platform billing mechanisms: Google Play Billing for Android devices and the Apple App Store for iOS devices. Progressio Studio does not collect, receive, store, or process any payment card details or financial information.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies only on essential system services provided by Google Play Services (Android) and Apple iOS. We do not integrate third-party advertising frameworks, user tracking SDKs, or data-broker services.

6. Children's Privacy

Clock Widget+ complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy. The App is suitable for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13.

7. User Rights & Data Deletion

Since no user data is collected or stored on external servers, you maintain full control over your data on your device. Uninstalling Clock Widget+ permanently removes all locally saved widget preferences and custom settings. To manage or cancel active subscriptions, you can do so directly in your Google Play Store Account Settings or Apple ID Subscriptions.
